The team at Rand Construction completed the development of the MSC Durban Cold Store, a 15,000m² cold store facility. The establishment consisted of freezer rooms, chiller rooms, steri rooms, an airlock room, an ambient loading area, dock levellers, a mechanical/plant room, ancillary buildings, a concrete hardstand, and an office block.
