The construction of a 5,775m² warehouse comprising of:
• 1,220m² retail store
• 870m² packing store
• 190m² display stock store
• 1,720m² storeroom
• 870m² stock room
• 350m² netting store
• 300m² workshop area
• 95m² of office space
The offices are located inside the warehouse and have a ground and first floor component.

The external works comprises of:
• 4,450m² hardstand area
• 240m² diesel and spill slab area
• 75m² gas cage area
