Reports To – Financial Manager

Requirements
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
  • Possess strong verbal, written communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel – BuildSmart and Candy will be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
  • General experience in the building and civil engineering industry will be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
  • Processing from source documents to TB
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining cash books
  • Debtors/creditors
  • Maintaining asset register
  • Installment sales
  • Monthly reports
  • Reconciliation of creditors
  • Processing GRN’s and supplier invoices
  • Checking prices according to quotes
