The 97 Burman Road project involved a 400m² warehouse extension, which included demolitions and alterations to the existing building, metal roof sheeting and side cladding tie-ins, a new surface bed, brick walls, roller doors, electrical works, and the supply and installation of fire protection services and smoke detection devices.
