This project included the extension of existing facilities, consisting of a 1,600m² warehouse and link building, a 2,020m² yard area, a 1,100m² new parking area, and services.
The Randcivils team extended the MSC Coega container yard by 18,600m².

The Mimosa Packhouse is situated in Kirkwood and is a 30 000 m² citrus packhouse which includes degreening rooms, packing facilities, staff facilities and double storey offices.
This Hardstand project in Markman is +-5 600m² in size and slopes to a new 160 meter long concrete storm water channel. The works include reforming and reshaping the yard (approximately 18 000m² in size) and is being ripped and compacted solid for truck access and storage.
The Lekkerbly Packhouse, situated in Kirkwood is a 26 000m² citrus packhouse which contains a packing room, coldroom, box making area, staff facilities, degreening room as well as double storey offices.
The new +- 8 100m² Bidcorp project consists of a warehouse, cold-storage, a receiving airlock dispatch center facility and has 3 double storey office units on the external facades of the building. External works are made up of hardstands, paving, dock levelers and loading areas.
The 97 Burman Road project involved a 400m² warehouse extension and a 24,000m² paved container yard designed to accommodate 50,000 trucks annually.

We are in the process of designing and constructing container washbays for 120 x 40ft containers that drain into an oil separator which filters into the existing stormwater system.
